Yesterday was a full day of baby boy. On this day, we tackled "red" We colored, we talked, I pulled out books, and toys, all that are red. Then quite by accident, I noticed red marker on his hand that didn't wash off. Genius! I kept asking, what is on your hand? "RED". Never thought of this when I worked in the schools. Perhaps marking the kids up was the answer!

*sigh* Those eyelashes can be so distracting! |
This was a good exercise for me too, as the markers kept rolling to the floor. Note the marker mid air.

The flowers are still coming, despite the occassional downpour and wind. |
Alas, this poor tulip lost it's battle with the rain/wind |
The magnolia blooms won't be here much longer. I have loved them day in day out..the lawn is starting to look like a wedding aisle with the blooms falling. |
As sweet as this bloom looks, it's a weed. A few more sunny days and I will go out and do war on weeds. |
The geese still like to come in and nibble on the grass. Gotta love the geese. |
