i often wonder what my son will be when he grows up. both my husband and i have hopes for him, that he will become something better than what we ended up doing... that he will always know that he can do absolutely anything he wants, if he sets his mind to it.
it's fun to watch them develop and see where there skills or passion lie. when my son was first born, i used to joke that he was going to be the next nate berkus, 'cause he loved patterns and textures and loved to touch them all the time. i thought he'd be some sort of designer for sure. but he's already outgrown that phase. =)
