May Day!

May day used to be a day to collect flowers, make paper baskets and put them on someone's doorstep. It was a fun time. Today's May day is spent waiting for the hubs to finish up work, and heading to the airport.

Yesterday while the hubs worked, his co-worker's wife took me on a tour of Amish country in Ohio. The land was green, so many different colors. Barns, and rolling fields. A lovely drive, lunch away, and enjoyed her two littles. Not the most fun for children, but they were good sports.

Tonight it's good-bye Ohio, and hello Oregon. Going home to rain, but as they say, "There's no place like home" Baby boy comes over and life goes back to normal. Ha ha, whatever normal is! Linking up with the below blogs. Check them out if you have some time.

Oh I love all the things you captured. My dad was raised in Toledo on a farm there. Someday I hope to go back & see what it was like.

beautiful children!
There are quite a few interesting barns in Ohio, at least the part I live in (SW).
I love Oregon, by the way.
