Friday's random here and there

Leap Into Spring! Photo Challenge”>
<table align= This week's leap into spring challenge was green. Living in Oregon, it's green everywhere, but now, the green has some lovely supporting characters.

Yesterday it snowed pink. Lovely soft pink flakes falling from the sky..landing gently on the ground. So pretty.

The lone little viola. So perky, so tiny and yet so bold.

I have had an ongoing love affair with the pink dogwood. I had one at our other home, a mother's day gift. When we built this home, I insisted on a dogwood. This year, it's more of a pupwood, as there aren't too many blooms. Hoping it's just an off year. He lost a limb last year in the freeze.
Baby boy is feeling so grown up. Getting farther and farther away, and looking to see what I'll do about it. He's learning. I don't play chase.

This little bird was whistling at me. I know he's not the one that is sharply focused, but I sitll like all the swirls and confusion around him.

Sweet baby girl is nine weeks old. My oh my. Almost two weeks since I'd seen her, and how much she's changed! Such the little Diva. Only smiled when the camera was down. This one will be a heart breaker. Her Nana suggested that each month we put her in the cream colored tutu and take her photo. So, for you Nana, here is two month's old.

Your bird shot is absolutely amazing. I think the "uncrisp" focus adds a perfect dimension to the photo. Great job!

I think the green makes all of the other colors pop so much more this time of year. Lovely photos. Your little one is a doll. Love the tutu idea. Thanks so much for linking to our Leap into Spring Challenge!

Great shots! I love the picture of the bird. It's so cute to see the boy challenging you to come chase him down.
