Friday favorites

During our long weekend, we joined friends for a little trip through the Willamette Valley. We stopped at one winery that was new to us, and then made a trip to the Rogue Hop farmstead. Hops, fruit trees, filbert (hazelnut to you non valley people) and various animals were there. Good food, strong beer and lovely summer weather.

This made for the perfect recipe. Wine for us, beer for the boys, and sunshine and music for all.

If anyone is ever in our neck of the woods, I highly recommend visiting some of our wineries, and of course Oregon is home of micro brew.

Love the shot of the wine glass with the bad. And the chicks. And the horse. The perfect day to taste some wine.

Oh my- I love doing stuff like this. We always joke that we want to retire in Napa. Ahh how nice that would be.

Wow, MaryGene these photos are incredible. I love them. And that horse one is CUTE. I see the ears back...I don't think they appreciate their picture being taken....I had many who had their ears back, also. AND, once the horse almost bucked its rider off, because I was taking pictures. :)

It looks like you had a wonderful time. :) And seriously, your pictures are beautiful.

Oh, these pictures are TOO good. I love wine, but I'm pregnant. Unfair!

I am so happy you linked up to the Photo Show and tell last week and we all got to share in this. I hope to see you linking up again this week. The topic is "photographer's choice" and it will be live later tonight!

Thanks again,
Nancy
