Here is my edited version. This week I didn't use PSE, but went to pic monkey. Not my normal edit, but I'm kind of liking it!
* First I cropped the photo
* then I used the clone tool, removed what was left of the arm on the woman, the yellow beind the babies ear, and I added more sparkle water from the background. I also removed the shado from the babies chest.
* I did a quick air brush on the chest and arms
* I chose the daguerreotype frame, and chose Shiro and faded it to 35%
I like the way the process made his skin creamy, and timeless.
Let me know what you think, I don't mind constructive critiques. They help me to improve.

I didn't even touch the shadows! Nice catch. What a cool effect. Totally could see pulling this out of an old box somewhere!!
