Phew, wish I'd gotten to this twelve hours ago, but here I am, tardy but showing my week. Have I mentioned that it's crazy, and I don't know if I'm coming or going?
I can't get over this boy. I love him. curly hair, and eyes that almost disappear when he smiles. I knew his daddy when he was this age, and that might be part of my fascination with him. It's so fun to watch!
Can I hear it for best uncle? The boys flip for him, and I must admit, the feeling is mutual.
It is so sweet to watch the high school boys playing catch with #1. The 5th and 6th grade boys were on the sidelines as a special treat. When #1 ran on the field to do his job, they would yell, "go little blue" Made my heart swell. This is the epitomy of what small town high school games are all about.
Such perfect fall days. The sun is shining, temps are in the mid 70's. It doesn't get much better than this. Lots of football, Friday night High School games, #1's flag game. Little guy, baby girl, and fresh tomatoes. I can't get enough!
The daughter in law was inducted into her high school hall of fame. She is was inducted several years back on her own accomplishments. This time the ladies track team that won the state tournament. The amazing part of this, is there were only four members on the team. Daughter in law ran four different races, and the team won the title!
