Scavenger Hunt Sunday

Summer has really come on in the last week. We tipped the thermometer over 100 degrees yesterday. No complaints, we've waited for summer, and she has not disappointed.

This weeks hunt is Going back in time, something just for me, best part of my day, night and day, and look up
                                               GOING BACK IN TIME
The sundial is really stepping back. Can you tell what time it is? 6pm
                                          SOMETHING JUST FOR ME
A pocket pie. Marionberry (my favorite berry) with the lightest, most sinful crust I've ever tasted!

                                               BEST PART OF MY DAY

The best part of my day is anytime I have my camera. I love this pink field of poppies with Mt Hood peeking through the haze.

NIGHT AND DAY
A view of the Willamette River as the day is turning to night. The sun slipping behind the trees. Shortly after this, I was sitting on the bench enjoying the reflections in the water.

                                                              LOOK UP
The moon has been spectacular the last several nights! I just love looking up at it.
happy jax

All beautiful! Love seeing all the nature. That pie crust does look good. I've always loved the crust more than the filling.

Such a great set this week. But I just love the Day and night shot..

Very creative captures for the themes.

Pastries are a real weakness for me but I have never heard of marionberry. But, this looks like something I would choose. I do sneak a bear claw from Paneria's every chance I get though.
