Scavenger Hunt Sunday

This week's hunt comes to you from a girls trip to New Mexico. A girlfriend and I flew down here with the hopes of watching the balloon festival. The winds have picked up, and no balloons went up this morning. We will make our way to the festival in a bit and see if there is any chance of a show tonight.

We spent two nights in Santa Fe, NM and so enjoyed the drastic change in landscape from Oregon. The rusty reds, browns, and warm hues in the landscape were so inspiring!

Chili's are the spice of this area. I've had green chili's for every meal since I arrived!

We drove north to Abiquiu.  We were in search of home that Georgia O'keefe found all her inspiration. Ghost Ranch was an amazing drive! Problem was, tours had been booked for weeks. If I'm back in this area, I will book a tour and see more. PS The photo doesn't even compare to how this looked when we drove up.
