Another week of scavenger hunt Hawaiian style
Linking up with Ashley for the scavenger hunt
Window Beauty
This church may not look like a beautym but it was built in the 1800's. A Tsnami came through and destroyed the entire town, all but this church.

Valentine
I think my valentine this year will be these heart shaped taro plants
Work of Art
Someone long ago made this statue. I have no idea what it symbolizes, but it was intriguing.

I love everything about that church, especially the fact that it is a survivor. Have a blessed Sunday.
Creepy though the spider might be, I really like that shot! :)
Gorgeous! I needed some green this morning - there is just SO much white out there right now!
Not liking that spider so much - I now have the heebie jeebies. LOL!
Love that church & the story that goes with it.
Great set! That picture of the spider gave me chills, how real it looks!
How amazing is it that the Church withstood nature's ravages. Just venturing one hypothesis, I think the statue symbolizes modesty. And then there is the spider - oh my, the detail. Fantastic!
Great set.
Loved the Church and it's story.
I think Spiders are pretty cool (although they can scare me)
Interesting Statue.
I agree with Buckeroo Mama, that spider is creepy-cool! I enjoyed all your green today. We are in the middle of dreary white-and-grey winter here, so it was lovely to see!
Loved seeing some green. Winter has been good but I am ready for spring!
Great idea for your valentine shot - very clever!
The details and color of the spider are fantastic, but it doesn't look little enough for me to want to be near it. The church is beautiful. Nice set!
So glad you're enjoying your trip, Mary Gene! Such beautiful choices for the hunt.
Loved the valentine shot and the church is just great. Thanks
Fabulous photos, Mary Gene - Hawaii is my favorite place in the world!
