This is a bit funny. A new set of photo challenges for winter. The first one being dark shadows. Normally in Oregon this would be a cinch. However, I'm in Hawaii for the month of February. So I take this challenge seriously, I will look for dark shadows with the glistening water warmed by the hot sun. The palm trees swaying in the breeze, giving the most delicate rustle. The waves crashing against the reef, but wait...I digress. Dark shadows in the early morning in Hawaii. Two hours behind us, we were up at dark o'thirty wondering what to do in the dark.

Great shots!!! :)
I'm so jealous. You're in my island home waking up at dark o'thirty, while I freeze in Washington. :(
Have fun in Hawaii, Mary Gene! Thanks so much for joining us in the Nurture Photography Challenge while on vacation. I can't wait to see what you come up with for next week's theme: White/Minimalism
